I am a 200hr Yoga Alliance RYT trained teacher with a daily practice of more than 20 years. I have trained with a number of well-known teachers and experienced many different yoga schools over the years including Ashtanga, Yin, Iyengar, Kundalini and Sivananda to name a few. I also have many years’ experience in breath work and Pranayama

How may a session look?

A session would typically last 1-1.5hr. I would initially inquire what you are looking for and how you would like to switch on your practice further. I can guide you to align correctly in your postures with full awareness and enhance your practice through correct breathing. I can also create a bespoke sequence for you to take away and practice in the comfort of your own home.

Where? I offer yoga teaching in my living room in London E12, or by arrangement I can visit you.

Price: I charge £45 p/hr and if I come to you I charge a flat rate of £100 for a 1.5 hour session within zones 1-3.

holistic massage

I am trained in three different massage therapies; Thai Yoga, Swedish and Ayurveda and I combine all three to give you a sublime treatment to help with any body aches, tension and pain. I have a strong touch with a gentle heart-centered approach allowing you to drop fully into your body and allow for healing to occur naturally.

My sessions usually last between 1.5 to 2 hours and can be focused on one area of the body or the whole body. I use aromatherapy blended oils to penetrate the skin and fascia and I work floor based on a mattress.

Where? I offer massage in my living room in London E12, or by arrangement I can visit you.

Price: I charge £50 p/hr and if I come to you I charge a flat rate of £120 for a 2 hour session within zones 1-3.
